We are located at 421B Short St. in Alma, Arkansas. It is just off Fayetteville Ave. across the street from WACD Child Care (Kiddie Kollege).

We are open Monday through Saturday 10am to 7pm.

It usually takes 24 hours to process an order for shipping.

Yes. We reserve the right to adjust shipping amounts after your order is placed if it is an international shipment. You will be sent an e-mail with the adjusted amount.

We accept cash and local check in-store only. We accept all major credit and debit cards. As a courtesy to our customers, we pay credit card transaction fees and do not pass this charge on to you.

Yes, we ship UPS. We offer 2-day and ground, which is usually 3-5 days. If you need your shipment sooner, call the store 479-312-1203.

We ship directly from our store in Alma, AR.

 Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the sale date, but because we are a small business we only accept returns for store credit only. Before returning/exchanging an item, make sure to read the below requirements.

All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received with original tags (i.e. unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free). Items purchased with a discount code/on sale cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if we feel these conditions are not met – Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels. Please send returns to: Blue Door Designs, C/O RETURN, 421B Short St., Alma, AR. 72921. For local customers feel free to come by the store to make the return/exchange.

If you receive a damaged item, please email [email protected] within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damaged item and your order number.

Yes, our site is secure. On any page where we ask you to enter personal information, we encrypt the communication so that your personal information is secure. We will not share any of your information with additional agencies or sources.
